6 Month Defect Warrantee​

In the event that you receive a damaged, defective or different item, you will be covered by this policy.  Please reach out to us via email via the contact us page and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours with next steps.

Please note that the Defect Guarantee process must be initiated within 6 month of delivery.

Once the product has been successfully returned, we are happy to send you a replacement free of charge or a full refund.

Shipping costs will be covered by ModernKomforts.

As we continue to stand behind our product selection and its quality, product wear and tear, along with damage during use caused by human error is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our warranty policy.  If the product is damaged through misuse, the warranty is rendered void and no compensation is available in such cases.

However, you are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable)  and we will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied.  We will charge the original value of the components and only charge shipping if the components are considered overweight or oversized.

 The customer voids the warranty if they:

  • Flash the firmware of a device or root a device

  • Open the body or any component of the product in an attempt to fix the item

  • Modify, remove, customize, or swap parts of the product

  • Use the device in a way that it is not originally intended for

  • Continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage

14 Day Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason and the product is in its original condition, we are happy to provide a full refund for the product itself.  Customers can ship or drop off the products in person, if shipped, the customer will be responsible for shipping related costs. 

There are no surcharges or administrative fees on returns that are dropped off in person or shipped, you will receive 100% of the amount paid for the product itself.
