If you live in the GTA, your order will be delivered within 3 business days.

If you're in Ontario but outside the GTA, then it usually takes 3 business days too

If you're out of Ontario, it takes roughly 10 business days depending on our courier and your province. If you're further from Ontario, then it would be closer to the 10 business day estimate.

Items purchased at Modernkomforts.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase. All you have to do is send the product back to us. You would however have to pay for any applicable shipping costs.
