No, not at the moment.
We currently only ship within Canada
What is your return policy?
7 Day Defect Guarantee
In the event that you receive a damaged, defective or different item, you will be covered by this policy. Please reach out to us via email via the contact us page and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours with next steps.
Please note that the Defect Guarantee process must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Once the product has been successfully returned, we are happy to send you a replacement free of charge or a full refund.
Shipping costs will be covered by ModernKomforts.
15 Day No Reason Return
If you are not happy with your purchase and the item is in its original condition, we would be happy to arrange a full refund once the item has been returned and verified.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
Please contact us for to intiiate the return process within 15 days of the order being received.
How are your shipping times?
We deliver ourselves locally here within the GTA and fulfill our orders within 24 hours.
To give you an idea, customers usually receive their products within 3 days of ordering within the GTA and around 5 days on the West Coast.
While we will do our best to fulfill orders, the pandemic has caused uncertainties around delivery times for our logistics partners for orders outside the GTA.
Do you have a physical store?
We currently do not have any phyiscal stores but is considering for the future.

We use a self developed procurement process to acquire all products listed for sale and pre-order in our store, thus allowing our team to check every product once it arrives in Canada before it gets shipped to our customers.
We rarely drop ship our products directly from the manufacturer to our customers as our operating model requires us to validate all items sent to customers for quality and environmental standards. We may drop ship some large/bulky pre-order items with manufacturers that we have built a long standing relationship.

No, we do not manufacture any of the items sold on our site.
We have a unique procurement process where we select high quality items from around the globe that are not easily accessible for the everyday individual.
We back up our products selection process by providing a 1 year warranty, we put our money where our mouth is.
